Andrea has been with Chris Clemans Sotheby’s since 2003. After coming to Cape May to continue her career as a Registered Nurse, she discovered a compelling interest in Real Estate. She has been a resident of Cape May Point since 1998 and after getting her Real Estate license, she assisted many of her friends and neighbors in buying and selling homes in the Cape May Area. Andrea is a 12 time Circle of Excellence winner and has received the Distinguished Sales Award. Her designations and certifications include: GRI: Graduate Realtor Institute, ABR: Accredited Buyer’s Representative, SRES: Senior Residential Specialist, SRS: Seller Representative Specialist, RENE: Real Estate Negotiating Expert. She received her Broker’s License in 2006 and is presently a Director on the Cape May County Board of Realtors and a member of the Education Committee. Andrea is professional, knowledgeable, educated and experienced and has a “no nonsense” approach to getting things accomplished. Her clients can count on her getting the job done and making sure they have fun in the process.
