Chris grew up in Delaware County and has been living Avalon since 1981. As a young adult, he served in the OCBP during the summer and attended LaSalle College as a student athlete on the swimming team, setting a conference record for 1650 YD Freestyle. He graduated with the LaSalle College Class of 1975 with a degree in Marketing. Chris has been an active real estate professional since 1983 and joined the Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty team in 1998. In addition to being committed to customer service and loyalty, Chris has also been an active member in the community. He was appointed a member of the Borough of Avalon’s Citizen’s Advisory Council in 1988. He is an active annual member at local charity events and was an advocate of the 1986 “SAVE OUR SHORES” beach restoration project.
