Stan grew up spending every summer in Sea Isle City working different jobs until he eventually moved to the island full time. After graduating from high school, Stan enrolled in Stockton University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. While Stan was at Stockton, he played 5 seasons of Division III lacrosse. He now incorporates the hard work ethic and team camaraderie learned in lacrosse at Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty. Stan currently resides in Townsends Inlet as a full-time resident where most of his extended family also owns houses. In his time living on the island, Stan has developed a relationship with a great number of people who call Sea Isle City home. Because Stan is deeply rooted in the town, he can offer clients a deep insight and knowledge of the area that not everyone may be able to provide. In his free time, Stan enjoys surfing, fishing, and playing golf.
