Shared laundry under the porch of unit 4 (2 washers and 2 dryers) no coins or cards needed to operate. Two beach chairs, 4 plastic high-back chairs in lawn area. 4 beach chairs and beach umbrella in the front locker for tenants use. Outside area for beach towels. Two wood folding drying racks for towels and bathing suits can be placed outside. Enjoy the blooming plants and flowers in the garden. Please inquire about weekend and partial week stays. Flat sheets will be provided for the sofa bed only, there will be one set of clean sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed inside the trunk/table in front of the sofa.
