From Memorial Day to Labor Day rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with 1 week minimum. 3-day rentals are available outside the summer weekly rentals and year-round rentals are offered. Sheets, towels, toiletries not provided and additional turnover cleaning fee of $100.00. Walk to the beach or enjoy the heated pool. Cape Roc also offers BBQ grills and an expansive patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables. Or, if you prefer to dine out several restaurants are within minutes. The unit is easily accessible either by elevator of stairs and offers a laundry area with both washers and dryers. The beach is located a ½ block away and 2 beach tags and 2 beach chairs are included for your use. Please note, lost beach tags replacement fee is $200/tag. Bike racks and off-street parking are provided steps away. Park your car and enjoy riding your bike or walking to the beach. Shopping, dining, the boardwalk, and many other activities are only a short bike ride or walk away. No Pets Allowed.
