There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, utility sink, and direct access to the outside. An outside shower is near this entrance. The first floor living area is newly renovated and includes a spacious kitchen that leads from the front living room to the dining room and family room with HDTV. The dining room table seating for 6 and counter seating for 3. A covered deck with lovely whicker furniture expands the living and dining areas, and overlooks the pool. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the second floor. Bedroom #2 has a king and a single bed. There are two hall bathrooms, one with an oversized shower, the other with a tub/shower combination. A hallway leads to the second floor front deck which provides a beautiful view of the ocean. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, bedroom #4 has a bunk bed and a single bed, and #5 has two single beds. The second floor features the master suite, with a king size bed, a private deck, and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination. Nostalgic seashore décor and exterior amenities such as a gas grill and clothesline make this a perfect vacation choice.
