The third floor has the master with a king size bed, attached bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a twin day bed, work space and access to the master bath via hallway door. Also on this floor is another deck to enjoy some sunshine and a quite place to read a book. Both decks off the master and living areas offer views of the water. There is a fenced paver patio area for relaxing/outdoor dining and also features the outdoor shower. Owner provides 4 beach tags for your convenience.
