This year in particular, our office has received requests for 2023 rentals on the 7 Mile Island. In the past few years, inventory has been low for the prime weeks of summer. The pandemic brought a greater demand for weekly vacation rentals. Now more than ever, it seems that tenants are motivated to reserve their 2023 summer vacation rental early. While a few property owners have provided our office with 2023 availability, unfortunately most have not. We typically do not see official rates and availability back from owners until after the current 2022 summer season.
