Born and raised in Avalon, Wes will always consider the 7 Mile Island as home. His interest and sentiment in the real estate business started at a young age. Athletics and a desire for further education brought Wes to the city of Philadelphia. He was a dual sport student-athlete playing four years of basketball and golf at University of the Sciences. Wes graduated with honors and received a bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business. His education concentrated on marketing, consumer behavior, and entrepreneurship. After graduation at University, Wes started working at Tim Kerr Sotheby's International Realty learning the ground floor operations. Now as the Vice President, his roll internally focuses on business development, marketing, recruiting, office operations, referral & relocations, and digital presence. Always pushing to keep up with new technology and bringing an innovative approach to the business. With full dedication, he enjoys looking at the market conditions from a macro perspective. Wes provides clients exceptional customer service and consistency. His comforting personality puts clients at ease, and helps them make the best decisions possible.
