For those looking to live near or on all the downtown action, there are currently nominal beach homes for sale in NJ, especially in Avalon and Stone Harbor. This has driven the value of real estate up, and certainly made finding a suitable home more difficult for buyers. In a market of low inventory and high demand, it is imperative that you connect with one of our agents for your best chance at finding a home for sale in Avalon or Stone Harbor.
