Annie sailed into Cape May in 1987, instantly falling in love with the area and anchoring herself in this charming harbor town. She purchased a dilapidated Victorian and embarked on a hands-on restoration journey, a path familiar to many Cape May residents. From design to completion, this total renovation gave Annie extensive knowledge of building methods and materials and working with contractors, skills that naturally paved the way for her real estate career.

Before entering real estate, Annie excelled in event planning and catering, coordinating large scale functions with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on exceeding her clients’ expectations. These experiences strengthened her ability to understand and anticipate client needs, an asset she brings to every real estate transaction.

Annie has many passions, but her foremost devotion is advocating for the special needs population; she intimately experiences the needs of these individuals every day through the joy of raising a challenged son.

Annie brought all of her life talents and interests into focus when she began her real estate career in December of 2012. She has excelled rapidly in her real estate career, and has weathered the many storms of the ever-changing market while helping her clients easily navigate these sometimes choppy waters.
