Booking & Payments

You can reserve a property directly through our website or by contacting our rental team at 609.967.7950. We’re happy to help you find the perfect shore getaway.

Yes, a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of $75 is due at the time of the online booking. Your first rental payment (and Travel Insurance fee if applicable) is due 7 days after your booking date. Your balance and a $70 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee and any additional fees (i.e., pet fees for an approved pet) will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date. Bookings made less than 45 days out must pay in full.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover*, checks, and ACH payments. Your lease confirmation will detail the available options.

*Please note that there will be a credit card processing fee of 2.75% for all credit cards.

If a Tenant wishes to cancel a lease, such request must be made in writing immediately; email notification as well as counterparts and facsimile signatures are acceptable. The Tenant is still liable for all terms and conditions (including all rental and late payments/fees) of the lease and shall be terminated only after a replacement Tenant is secured or with the permission of the Owner.

Check-In

We offer homes with traditional key pick-up as well as properties with door code access, allowing you to go directly to the rental at your check-in time.* Instructions for your specific property will be provided prior to arrival via email and our automated text system.

*Please note: door codes are sent by email and text at your scheduled check-in time and will not work before that time.

We are unable to accommodate early check-ins, as we need to allow the cleaners sufficient time to prepare the property for your arrival. If the owner notifies us that cleaning is completed early and approves an early check-in, we will contact you to make arrangements.

Amenities, Pets and Trash

Most homes do not include sheets & towels - please plan to bring your own. If your lease includes linens, you're all set! Need linen rental info? Just reach out and we’ll provide information on local linen rental companies.

Pet policies vary by property. If you book a property that is marked pet friendly and the owner accepts your pet request, required pet fees or pet requirements will be included in your lease agreement.

Our automated text system will send you a reminder the night before your trash and recycling pick up. Your Digital Property Guide has specific information about what can and can’t be recycled.

Policies & Fees

Tenants will be relieved of liability for unintentional and/or accidental damage to a rental property during their stay up to the coverage amount shown below. Tenants will remain responsible for all damages resulting from intentional conduct, theft, unauthorized pets, smoking, excessive occupancy, violations of any laws, rules, or regulations, and excessive cleaning charges. The coverage amounts are as follows: $70 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee for $1,500 of coverage. Some properties may still require a traditional security deposit instead of the Damage Waiver Fee. Security deposits are refunded 30 days after check-out, less any charges for damages.

We charge a $75 non-refundable processing fee and a $70 Damage Waiver Fee. For pet-friendly properties, an additional pet fee may apply with prior approval. Some owners also charge a cleaning fee—all applicable fees will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Please notify our office immediately so we can coordinate repairs with the owner and their preferred vendor. Accidental damage may be covered under your Damage Waiver Fee, so be sure to report any incidents promptly.

About 29 days before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with a link to your digital property guide. The guide includes details on Wi-Fi, parking, house instructions, beach information, and local amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, attractions, and activities. It also provides the distance from your rental to each location, so you can easily plan your outings.

Some owners provide a limited number of beach tags, but availability is not guaranteed. Please refer to the amenities section of your lease for details.
