Listings typically include professional photography, Matterport 3d tour, a property description, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, tax information, and notable features. Some listings may also include floor plans, videos, or virtual tours.

In addition to the sales commission (which is negotiated with your agent), sellers should expect to pay attorney fees, outstanding property taxes and insurance costs, inspection repairs (if needed), transfer tax, and the New Jersey Mansion Tax, if applicable, on homes sold for more than $1 million. Your agent can provide an estimated breakdown of these costs.

Once an offer is accepted, the transaction enters the contract phase, which includes inspections, financing, appraisal, and legal review. Your agent will coordinate timelines and keep you informed through closing.

Proper pricing, current market conditions, and inventory levels all impact how quickly a property sells. Once a purchase offer has been accepted, most closings occur within 30–60 days after the contract is executed. Cash transactions may close more quickly.
