Diane has been spending summers in her Cape May Point cottage since 1989 and became a full-time resident in 2020. After retiring from a successful career as a physical therapist, she transitioned into real estate, building on more than 30 years of experience owning and managing apartment buildings in Philadelphia with her husband.

Diane joined Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty in 2023 and earned her real estate license in 2025. She brings extensive knowledge of property ownership and management, along with a commitment to clear communication, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
