Garret maintains a consistent goal, which is to provide exceptional representation and deliver the best result for each client. A tireless nature and years of discipline helped to guide Garret through his tenure at the University of the Sciences, where he became a three-time Division 2 All-American. He would forgo his final 2 years in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program to play 3 years of professional basketball in the Czech Republic. Garret brings that same work ethic to the Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty team where he serves as Vice President. He believes in the vital importance of marketing during the selling process. He strives to guide clients through the extensive process of marketing their distinctive residences, which are among their most valuable and important assets. Additional focuses within the company include the accounting & bookkeeping for all sales and rentals, business development, and providing necessary assistance to other agents’ needs within the office. As a year round Avalon resident, Garret is continually available to assist with every real estate need.
