Kristie Scarpa is a lifelong resident of Cape May County, with deep roots in Ocean City, where she was raised. After marrying, she and her husband made their home in Cape May Court House, where they continue to enjoy the close-knit coastal lifestyle that makes the area so special. Having lived here her entire life, Kristie treasures small-town living — from local restaurants and shopping to the joy of raising her two children by the beach.

With more than 16 years of real estate experience, Kristie began her career specializing in vacation rentals in Sea Isle City. She takes pride in helping families find the perfect rental homes where lifelong memories are made, while guiding them to the best dining, shopping, and experiences throughout Cape May County. She also works closely with property owners to successfully rent and manage their investment properties.

As the Operations Coordinator for the Sea Isle City office of Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty, Kristie oversees daily operations, supports agents, and manages administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Beyond real estate, Kristie is the proud owner of The Turning Pointe Dance Studio in Cape May Court House. The studio offers dance classes for children ages 2 through 18 and is actively involved in the community, performing at local events and parades. Kristie’s love of dance began at age three and continued through high school before she transitioned into teaching. For more than 25 years, she has enjoyed mentoring young dancers and watching them grow in both skill and confidence.
