Born and raised in Avalon, Steve has a plethora of experience and familiarity with the Seven Mile Island. He has been an active member of the local community, serving as a member of the Avalon Volunteer Fire Department since 1980. He graduated in 1977 with an Associates Degree in Construction Engineering, but became a full-time real estate agent with sales and rentals in 1995. Within the following two years, Steve received his Graduate Realtor Institute designation and his New Jersey Real Estate Brokers license. Steve joined Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 and is looking forward to sharing his home-grown knowledge with you.
