Raised in Avalon, Wes has deep-rooted ties to Cape May County, which he proudly calls home. His passion and interest for real estate began in his early years. Wes pursued both athletics and academics in Philadelphia, excelling as a dual student-athlete in basketball and golf at the University of the Sciences. Awarded a full scholarship at the Division II level, his drive and commitment led him to graduate with honors, earning a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business, with a focus on marketing, consumer behavior, and entrepreneurship. 

After graduation, Wes departed on his professional journey at Tim Kerr Sotheby’s International Realty, exploring every corner of the real estate industry. His dedication and forward thinking cemented his role in marketing, business development, and digital strategy. Wes consistently incorporates the latest technologies to elevate the firm’s services and improve client experiences. With a comprehensive understanding of market trends and a commitment to delivering quality service, Wes is a trusted advisor, guiding clients through pivotal real estate decisions with confidence and care. Licensed as a broker salesperson since 2014. 

Wes lives in Swainton, New Jersey with his wife Erica and their son Rhodes. A competitive golfer with a 3 handicap, he’s an active member of Merion Golf Club and The Shore Club. Outside of work, he loves staying active and making the most of family time in the place they all call home.
