One bathroom on the 2nd floor with shower/tub combination. There is a new refrigerator and dish washer. Two porches in the front of the house and a patio in back the fenced in yard is pet friendly. Outside shower has hot/cold water. COVID UPDATE: tenants are to bring their own pillows and blankets.
