Miscellaneous beach chairs are located in the shed. Situated one block to the Borough of Avalon recreation area that offers tennis, basketball, and a playground. And just one block to a wide, guarded beach! 1 Smart TV in living room. No cable, only streaming capabilities. You Tube is already set up for tenant use. The kitchen offers a wall oven and stove top, plus a portable dishwasher.
Medium size dogs are permitted. Tenant responsible for any excess cleaning or damage caused by pet.
