You will know you have arrived at the charming home of 295 Windsor Ave when you see the traditional covered open porch with five rocking chairs. This will surely be your favorite place to sit and watch the world go by. You may even catch sight of the horse and carriage on its way to work every morning. There is plenty of room in the house for your friends and family to feel comfortable. There are two living rooms, a formal dining room and a separate kitchen. In addition to that, the house can sleep a total of nine people. There is a queen bed, a full bed and five twin beds so everyone has a place to feel relaxed and happy. There are three bathrooms, two on the second floor and a 1/4 bathroom on the first floor. The quaint third floor attic had three of the twin beds and an additional window air conditioner for comfort. There is central air conditioning throughout the house so please remember to keep the windows closed for maximum cooling. You will be only three blocks from the beach so no need to find a parking place. In fact, after you park your car in the driveway you might no move it again for the whole week! The beautiful outdoor mall is only a short walk in the other direction, and while you re there you can visit the boardwalk and play an old fashioned game of skeeball. 295 Windsor Avenue has been in the family for its whole life. Family stories say that it was a barn moved in from the country (West Cape May) around 1896. You can still see the funny little hayloft latch on the door of the upstairs hall closet. It s a quirky house because it was patched together way back then. We love our special house and know that you will, too.
