Next floor you will find the great room with a slider out to the pool and lounges to enjoy the summer sun. 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen and the other a set of twins and a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TV's. Your assigned parking space is just outside the front door as well as a storage closet w/ keypad for your beach gear. 7 guest parking spaces on a first come first serve basis. Bud's market and Mack's Pizza are both half a block away with a quick walk to other dining, entertainment & recreation. Community pool. Sorry, no pets. Owner provides 4 beach chairs and 6 beach tags for your convenience. Check in 1pm Check out 10am. Cable in livrm & firestick in all other bedrooms. Use your sign in for Netflix, etc Xfinity stream app for tv.
Off season short stays available: $300/night plus $185 cleaning fee. NO MINIMUM
