The first floor is totally handicap livable. The doorways and hallways are larger, designed for wheelchair access. The shower is designed with a wheelchair radius. All baths on the lower level have grab bars. The main living room, kitchen, and dining room are all on the first floor. Hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings provide an open feel to the space. The first floor of the home has two bedrooms: one bedroom has a private accessible bathroom with an open stall shower. There is 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in this room. The other first floor bedroom has a trundle bed that becomes two single beds (TV in this room is VCR/DVD ready only- no cable). Table/chairs and grill in rear yard. Outside shower and a hose for rinsing sandy items. The second floor family room has a sleep sofa and is designated as the fourth bedroom (there is a door for privacy). Watch the sunset from the back decks and roof top deck. The 2nd floor master bedroom features a king bed (sheets provided) and a large private bath with soaking tub and stall shower. Cable TV sets in the first floor living room, first floor back bedroom, and second floor den. Beach access through dune path on 50th Street. Sorry-no pets permitted.
