There are 8 bedrooms accommodating 14 people. We have a 1st floor bedroom that has its own entrance and a double bed off of the back deck. On the 2nd floor there are 2 queen size beds and a double(note: one of the beds on the 2nd floor, an old canopy style bed, is slightly smaller than a queen). On the 3rd floor there are 4 bedrooms with the following configurations: two rooms have a double bed with trundle underneath, one room with a twin set and one room with single with trundle. So to sum up, 1st Floor has Double Bed 2nd Floor has 2 Queen and 1 Double 3rd Floor has 2 Double and 6 single beds Sofa bed (queen size) on first floor. Whole house has air conditioning, window units in each bedroom and mini splits on the main living floor. We are on Hughes Street right in the heart of town, 3 blocks from the beach and two and half blocks from Washington Street Mall, with its coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. We are walking distance from just about everything. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Inquire about Winter Rental Rate.
