Owner provides LINENS AS FOLLOWS:Sheet set with 1 pillow case for twins & 2 pillowcases for all other beds. Towel Sets; 2 towels, 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths. Each bedroom gets 2 sets of towels. Tenants need to strip the beds and place the linens and towels in the bathrooms.

Enjoy the convenience of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor, with kitchen and a large dining room with seating for 10 people. Just off of the kitchen is a comfortable den where you can bury yourself in a good book , listen to the Bose CD player at the house, read the newspaper ,(or IPad if you so choose). Venture further down the hall, and past the bedrooms and bathrooms to a large sunroom/living area that spans the full width of the house overlooking the ample backyard.

Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find an oversized master bedroom suite with private sitting room ,( and flat screen TV), and ensuite bathroom with full shower. Don't miss the bonus bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a bright sunny window to let in the cool summer breezes. OWNERS PROVIDE TV's but do not provide Cable TV Service. AND DO NOT WARRANT INTERNET/WIFI SERVICE
