Seats 11 inside & 9 outside to dine. Second-floor master bedroom has queen bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with separate shower and tub. Owner provides beach equipment, badges, gas grill, and outside enclosed shower. Sorry, no charging electric cars. Pet fee $250
